What's next?

If all information has been entered, including Beneficial Owner FinCEN ID (s)

1. SingleFile will file this Beneficial Owner Information Report within 24 hours and a SingleFile account will be created.

2. Evidence of filing received by FinCEN will be put into the document folder in the account.

3. The primary contact of the reporting company will receive a invitation to create login credentials for your SingleFile account.

4. Login to see your entity information, record of filing, and filing evidence.

If a FinCEN ID for a Beneficial Owner has not been entered

 

1. A SingleFile account will be created for the reporting company.

2. The primary contact of the reporting company will receive an invitation to create login credentials for your SingleFile account.

3. An invite email will be sent to the beneficial owner with a link to add their own personal identifiable information as required by FinCEN.

4. Once the personal identifiable information is entered by the Beneficial Owner, and the status is of the beneficial owner turns to complete, the BOIR will be filed with FinCEN.

5. Evidence of filing received by FinCEN will be put into the document folder in the account.

6. Login to see your entity information, record of filing, and filing evidence.
