About the Role

Job Overview:
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business and managing relationships with our existing customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is able to identify opportunities for growth, develop and execute account plans, and build long-term relationships with customers. The Account Executive will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
~ Develop and execute account plans to drive new business and expand our customer base
~ Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
~ Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to help customers understand the value of our platform
~ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
~ Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, in collaboration with the legal and finance teams
~ Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure quarterly and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded
~ Act as a liaison between customers and the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
~ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the legal or technology industries

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account plans and exceed sales targets

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools, such as Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

The two large service providers that dominate the industry have changed very little since they started business over 120 years ago. We aim to help companies and their law firms do this job quickly, easily and precisely and to disrupt this dated yet profitable industry. We’re looking for our first in-house engineering hire to play a pivotal role in owning and developing the systems that help solve this critical need.
