Step-by-step instructions to file CTA reports using the SingleFile Platform
1. Complete the BOIR Filing form and click 'Submit BOIR'
2. Receive email to activate SingleFile account
3. Log into SingleFile account to see filing evidence
Complete BOIR Filing Form
The first step is to click on the START FILING NOW button and fill in the requested information.
Activate SingleFile Account
You will recieve a email to activate your account. Follow instructions and sign-in.
Add Beneficial Owner Info
You will need to collect and enter the beneficial owners and thier identifiable information.
Filing BOI Reports
After all beneficial owner info has been entered, you select FILE BOIR and follow the prompts
