CTA Filing Instructions

Step-by-step instructions to file CTA reports using the SingleFile Platform

1. Complete the BOI Report Filing form

2. Activate account and login to the SingleFile platform

3. Enter beneficial owners and their information

4. File BOI report with FinCEN

4 Step Process

Complete BOIR Filing Form

The first step is to click on the START FILING NOW button and fill in the requested information.

Activate SingleFile Account

You will recieve a email to activate your account. Follow instructions and sign-in.

Add Beneficial Owner Info

You will need to collect and enter the beneficial owners and thier identifiable information.

Filing BOI Reports

After all beneficial owner info has been entered, you select FILE BOIR and follow the prompts
